Raita, the Finnish word for ”stripe”, is a luminaire that combines two of the worlds most fantastic materials: glass and wood.

The luminaires were designed after a desired function of the light was identified, a direct light distribution with a glare free light.

The lamellae create gradient transitions of the light, while illuminating the luminaire itself.

The Raita Micro family consists of ceiling-, floor-pendant-, table- and wall luminaires.
The Raita family also consists of larger luminaires, that consists of ceiling-, pendant- and wall luminaires.

The series can be manufactured with more lamellae and be painted in other colours by request.
