The inspiration to the Orbs luminaires can be found in the light phenomenon with the same name which can occur while photographing:
When one, or often several, orbs of light of different sizes and colour temperatures occurs.
By working with different colour temperatures on the light sources, Orbs recreates the phenomenon for the naked eye.
The family consists of floor-, pendant- and table luminaires, with an omni-directional light distribution
